A force for transformation with ancestral roots tracing back to 1400s Norway, Kate Harris has forged her own path by helping others break free from conformity and discover their authentic power.
Her unique approach to writing combines ancient Viking wisdom with modern transformation strategies, all anchored by the living manifestos she helps clients create. Growing up between the influences of her Norwegian and Swedish grandparents in Minnesota, she learned early that true leadership comes not from fitting in, but from daring to stand apart.
Kate is a Managing Partner at Istoria, where she works alongside her husband (of 20+ years), Harris III, and is passionate about guiding people to transform their natural defiance into purposeful action and meaningful change.
When she’s not helping clients craft their own rebellions, creating memorable experiences through conferences and live events, or speaking to audiences about transformation, she’s busy being a wife of 20 years to Harris, mom to Jude, Everly and Mylo, baking her beloved sourdough bread, and dreaming of the next big roll of the dice from her home in Nashville, TN.
