Living Room Leadership

A Blueprint for Building a Family Culture of Vision, Growth, and Connection.

LivingRoomLeadership_WebMockup_Transparent

What if your living room became your most powerful leadership training ground?

If you have a vision, purpose, and values for your organization or business, but not your family—Living Room Leadership is your complete blueprint for proactively leading your family into a life of presence, joy, and impact that spills over into the way each of you lead at work, school, and beyond.

The uncomfortable reality:

Most of us are more proactive at work than we are at home.

There’s no shortage of content or books on leadership—and yet most miss a fundamental truth: Leadership begins at home. Culture’s approach to leadership and personal development is so often focused on the individual, failing to acknowledge that how we lead ourselves and our most important relationships is the foundation for how we lead everywhere else.

What if, instead, your living room became the space to learn and test the most powerful principles of leadership—beginning by discovering your family’s identity, strengths, vision, purpose, and values? And what if that approach not only helped you raised the genius-level leaders our world needs—but also reignited that genius leadership in yourself?

%
of children have a genius level of creativity in early childhood—yet only ~2% carry it into adulthood
%+
of parents focus more on fixing their own and their children's weaknesses than on developing strengths
%
of employees believe they find their purpose in their work—a recipe for burnout, insecurity, and unfulfillment

What Others Are Saying

”Brittany and Geoff's approach to using play as a vehicle for family visioning, conflict resolution, and identity discovery is scientifically supported, deeply practical, and FUN! They’ve discovered - and generously shared in their book - how profound transformation and lasting positive impact can happen to individuals and families who read, heed, and actively practice the thoughts and ideas shared in Living Room Leadership. This book will be a catalyst for more meaningful family connections and game-changing personal development.”

Kevin Carroll
Founder, bestselling author, and play and creativity expert

“This book is for ALL of us, in the most complete sense. In this age of AI and infinite potential, we still have such an individual-oriented mentality, particularly when it comes to self-improvement... but who are we without our closest influences and most important stakeholders? In turn, who are we to them, and who are we together? The brilliance of this book is the insight (and the tools) to go beyond knowing thyself and working to truly know thy family; as individual and collective core identities, strengths, and the value of a shared vision. The wisdom of bringing back home the same quality leadership that we strive to demonstrate professionally is an epiphany, and truly a gift!”

Chris Petescia
Entrepreneur, former agency executive, and founder of True Fan

“Living Room Leadership is such an innovative approach to creating better, more effective family dynamics. Leadership, across all generations, starts in the home, and I’m thrilled for the Anderson’s focus on this essential and needed work. We all can be better at what’s most important: our relationships and family. Living Room Leadership gives you the practical tools and strategies to do just that.”

Leo Chan
LEGO SERIOUS PLAY expert, founder of Abound Innovation, and former senior innovation lead at Chick-Fil-A

”Living Room Leadership helps parents worry less about an unpredictable future by focusing on what never goes out of style: character, resilience, and real relationships. The Andersons show that when parents do the work to really know themselves and stay grounded, they naturally raise kids who can handle whatever life throws at them—because those kids know who they are and how to truly connect with others. It’s parenting that holds up, no matter what the future looks like.”

Nicole Runyon, LMSW
Psychotherapist, and bestselling author of Free to Fly: The Secret to Fostering Independence in the Next Generation

”This book is a total disruptor—in the best way. It flips the script on everything we’ve been told about leadership and shows us the truth: it starts at home. If you want to raise strong kids, build a connected marriage, and create a legacy that actually matters, this is where you begin. Living Room Leadership isn’t just a book—it’s a movement. And I’m here for it.”

Living Room Leadership isn't just a book, it's a blueprint for intentional living that has already created seismic shifts in our family. As a business owner and full-time mom, I needed this reminder to invest the same energy in my family's growth as I do in serving my clients. When we thrive at home, we thrive everywhere else. This is essential reading for any parent, grandparent, or leader who wants to see their employees and families flourish.”
